We are in the middle of the hills nearly Lucca, between 700's villas, village and cities, full of history and tradition... In a few minutes you can get to Lucca, Pescia and Collodi; Pisa and Florence in less than an hour and whi not.... Montecatini's thermal baths or the sunny Versilia's beaches to have a refreshing, bath in our sea.

At the feet of the antique village of Montecarlo, in the suburb of S. Giuseppe, is sited “corte pincioni”, courthouse that goes back to the beginning of the XVII century, entirely renewed two years ago, but keeping the fascine of its time. You can reach the courthouse through the treelined road indicated by a wooden sign having the number 120 painted on it.

You’ll get to a spacious large square where you can park your car and let your children play free, far from the main road (street s. Giuseppe).

Beside the fact that you are in a carachteristic tuscan countryside with 3 bedrooms for a total of 8 beds and couch read matrimonial in the living area, you’ll enjoy from every window the outstanding panorama dipped in the green of the tuscan countryside, the plateau of Pizzorne, first bastion of the “appennino Tosco-emiliano”, the pleasant landscape of Montecarlo, the rural houses recalling the style of the country people of the last century, the total absence of industries, testifying the cure for the atmosphere that the several local administrations and the population itself have chosen in this land of lucchesia.

The medieval town of Montecarlo in surround by wine yards and olive groves and is therefore a demandet spot. This area is visited by many tpurists every year because it is set amidst in one of the most beautyful hill chains of the Lucchesia and it is repudiated to be a quiet spot.

The characterustic "rustico of '600" is situated just a little bit autside of Montecarlo-one part of the house was restored and converted into holiday home.

Guests, who will chosE Pincione as a base for their stay in Tuscany will enjoy to have a wolk through the wine yards, to make a stop at a farm and to taste local specialities and the excellent wines which are exported to the whole world.

Entrance into a living-dining romm whit 2 armchair, dining table, kitchenette with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, sat-TV, stairs to the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 walk througth room with 1 bunk bed, 1 bathromm with tub/shower, wc, bidet, 1 bathroom whit shower, wc and bidet.

On three sides of the house there is a private garden, approx 500 sqm, equiped whit table and chairs, deckchair, sun-umbrella and barbecue. Well-cared furnishings in Tuscany style, beamed ceilings, granite tiled floors, partially stone walls inside, air-conditioning, parking in front of the house.

On request an additional double bedroom with bathromm may be rentet-this romm lies on the lower floor of the house.
